Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowStrike (the "App"), a mobile application operated by Braulio Gabriel Villegas Jiménez ("FlowStrike," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowStrike. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using FlowStrike, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law.

2. Your Account

To access most features of FlowStrike, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email address and password.
• Sign in with Apple.
• Sign in with Google.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person, contain offensive content, or violate intellectual property rights. Usernames must be 3–15 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use FlowStrike on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the App or any portion of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or labels.
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service.

FlowStrike, including all related content, design, code, and intellectual property, is owned by Braulio Gabriel Villegas Jiménez and protected by Mexican, U.S., and international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowStrike to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Manipulate the leaderboard, streak system, experience points, skill tree progression, boss progression, consumable inventory, or any other in-app rewards through automated tools, exploits, modified clients, or any deceptive means.
• Submit fraudulent payment or subscription requests.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any data not belonging to you.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

FlowStrike offers optional paid features through Apple's App Store and Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. We do not handle or store your payment card details.

5.1 Available Products

FlowStrike Pro Subscriptions (auto-renewable):

• Monthly — automatically renews every month.
• Annual — automatically renews every year.

One-Time Purchases (non-renewable):

• FlowStrike Pro Lifetime — one-time purchase granting permanent Pro access.
• Power Strike — consumable.
• Focus Surge — consumable.
• Shield Token — consumable.

Current prices for all products are displayed in the App at the time of purchase, in your local currency, as provided by Apple or Google.

5.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time:

• On iOS: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → FlowStrike Pro.
• On Android: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FlowStrike Pro.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.

Free Trials. FlowStrike Pro subscriptions may include an introductory free trial period. The duration of the trial, if offered, is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your Apple ID or Google account will be charged the price of the selected plan. To avoid being charged, you must cancel through your device's subscription settings (see the cancellation instructions above) before the trial period ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund rules in Section 5.3 apply. Eligibility for free trials is determined by Apple or Google and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account; previous subscribers may not qualify.

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not process refunds directly:

• iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android: visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.

5.4 Consumables

Power Strike, Focus Surge, and Shield Token are consumable items that are used within the App and cannot be transferred or refunded once used. They are not redeemable for cash.

When a consumable is considered "used." A consumable is considered used at the moment the App applies its effect to a qualifying event. Specifically:

• Power Strike and Focus Surge are consumed when they are successfully applied to a focus session that meets the minimum duration required for in-session rewards. If you activate one of these consumables and the associated session is shorter than this minimum duration, is abandoned, is terminated due to the App being closed or the device being restarted, or otherwise does not meet the reward threshold, the consumable is not consumed and remains in your inventory.
• Shield Token is consumed when our server applies it to protect your streak on a missed day. If no protection is applied, the Shield Token remains in your inventory.

The minimum session duration and other parameters that determine when a consumable is applied may be adjusted from time to time to improve the experience or address abuse. We will not make changes that materially reduce the value of consumables you have already purchased without prior notice.

Consumables have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged between accounts, and are not recoverable if your account is deleted. In the rare event that a confirmed technical error on our side causes the loss of consumables you purchased, we may, at our sole discretion, restore them to your inventory. This is a discretionary remedy and does not create an obligation to refund or restore consumables in any other circumstance.

5.5 Lifetime Purchase

The FlowStrike Pro Lifetime purchase grants Pro access for the lifetime of the App and your account. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which FlowStrike continues to operate as a service. We do not guarantee that FlowStrike will operate indefinitely.

5.6 Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases at any time from the in-app paywall by tapping "Restore Purchases." Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your FlowStrike account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowStrike is a productivity application designed to support focus, habit-building, and task completion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Any references to emotional regulation, procrastination, or behavioral patterns are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing persistent difficulty with focus, motivation, or emotional well-being, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the App. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements, achieve specific results, or be compatible with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. To the extent such limitations are prohibited by law in your jurisdiction, the limitations above will apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and our liability will be limited to the smallest extent allowed.

8. Termination

You may stop using FlowStrike and delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, Sections 3 (License), 6 (Disclaimer), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in Puebla, Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer located outside Mexico, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may still apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
